Born in Sicily. Building something in London.
I'm Jomar. I grew up in Catania, where tavola calda isn't a trend — it's part of everyday life. Stuffed Ragù Puff from the bakery before school. Cartocciate at the market on Saturdays. Bombe fritte at the festa.
When I moved to London, I couldn't find anything quite like it. Not the real thing. So I started making it myself — just as I learned back home in Sicily. By hand, with proper dough, authentic fillings, and no shortcuts.
Sicilian Street Bites is my way of bringing a little piece of Catania to London — one bite at a time.
